Diamond Manufacturing Process
Step-by-step review of our factory operations in Surat, taking raw diamond roughs to certified, high-brilliance gems.
1. Rough Sourcing & Inspection
We source 100% natural rough crystals from conflict-free mines. Initial scanning checks crystal purity, dimensions, and strain parameters.
2. Sarin mapping & Planning
Using industry-standard Sarin lasers and Helium 3D scanning, planners map inclusions and design geometric options to yield maximum carat weight and light performance.
3. Laser Cleaving & Kerfing
Advanced lasers slice crystals precisely along planned cleavage planes, preparing the diamond seed shapes with zero risk of fracturing.
4. Blocking & Bruting
Diamonds are rounded and girdle shapes are formed. Master bruters set the foundation facets, creating perfect mathematical circles or symmetry curves.
5. Polishing & Faceting
Craftsmen facet the pavilion, crown, and table of the diamond, carefully aligning facet angles to optimal light-reflection ratios.
6. Grading & Verification
Completed stones undergo multi-loupe checks under master grading parameters, checking color, inclusion plot mappings, and proportions.
7. Certification & Dispatch
Stones are inscribed with unique laser registry codes, certified at GIA/IGI, packed in high-security logistics vaults, and dispatched globally.
