Diamond Buying Guide

Buying loose natural diamonds in bulk requires a structured understanding of technical parameters. Beyond the traditional 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity), B2B buyers must pay close attention to millimeter dimensions, girdle thickness, and fluorescence behavior.

Calibrated side stones, such as trapezoids and halfmoons, must be color-matched and sized within 0.1mm increments to sit correctly in fine settings. We recommend selecting VS2 or SI1 clarity grades for bulk settings as they provide eye-clean brilliance at a fraction of the cost of VVS/FL grades.

Always request certificates from respected grading institutions like the GIA or IGI. These documents prove origin, grading authenticity, and serve as an asset guarantee for your retail clients.
